Running & Drinking

So despite the hangover it is still important to maintain at least a 5k morning run. To synchronize When that starts to slip it is a message to my body that it is starting to be out of sync. Frustratingly it also works the other way. My last half marathon was fuelled by the most unorthodox training regime… it was almost like because I’m running further I need more calories and well wine delivers right.
